goodmorning everybody!!!
ion the last few months i subscribed several newsletters of the  most famous and important razor companyes in US and Canada like Blackland, Timeless and Above the tie...
regarding the last one i red the owner who run the company has decided to move the production of the pieces of the razors in CHina 'cause the high costs of production in US and because a lot of new companies with high standard are rising...I red the reactions of a lot of clients and i have to say they are not happy at all about this policy....And i agree with them even if i am not american...i would like to know what do you think about that; is it right or wrong moving the production abroad to spend less money but maybe having at the end a razor with low quality and not giving any contribution to encrise the economy of the Country???

I may be mistaken but I think only two of their razors are being made in China, not all of them.

It’s hard being profitable with such a saturated, niche hobby. I have my own gripe with them but this isn’t it. Personally I would pay more for a usa made razor but I can appreciate trying to keep cost down.

I hope their quality doesn’t wane because quality is usually a major issue when you outsource fabrication let alone to the other side of the world.

It's only the "Windsor Pro" model that's made in China.

The Windsor etc are still USA made.

For what it's worth, I had a problem with the head of my SE1 purchased years ago when the owner was still Stan, I wrote thinking about contacting Stan but Mariah (Owner & CEO) replied. I had a show of professionalism and courtesy from the new management and I can assure you that the new head was made in the USA with a lot of skill and quality. Thank you Mariah!!!!!!

My SE1, SE2 and X1 are definitely made in the US.

And so was the G1.

Just the Windsor Pro in China. And yes, I think their reputation took a bit of a knock. The US made SSRH I bought last year will stay with me forever, I love it!
