For Old Time's Sake.
Razor > Wilkinson Protector. It was an unattractive $3.95 red plastic that I called "My Red Blob". Ergonomically the best razor I have ever held. I used it for 20 years with its
Blade > Wilkinson Twin edge cartridge. When Wilkinson sold out to Schick, Schick decided to improve the perfect blade and succeeded in ruining it. It was good for me because it eventually led me to the Rolls Razor and the GEMs and other single edge shavers.
Brush > Frank Shave Synthetic. My second syn. It is still excellent.
Soap > any old aerosol. That is probably why shaving was a chore back then. I did try Williams Mug Shaving Soap which sent me quickly back to aerosols.
After Shave > Rarely used but Aqua Velva was cheap. I still like its three flavours. I do wish they would sell it in a proper spray bottle though.
