I took a different approach with this one. By making use of layer strength orientation, the flat threaded post seems to hold up very well and keeps the blade very secure. I included 3 plates with different levels of aggression. The files are available for download on Thingiverse.

Wow! Truly looks excellent. Does it shave as awesome as it looks??? I need to find someone locally that can do this. Do you print yours yourself?? Or do you use a dedicated shop? Thanks

Thanks! It definitely provides an awesome shave. Plate #3 is a bit too aggressive. Yes, all my designs I print myself. Printing and testing and printing again is really the only way to get the results I want just right. I printed my last design in transparent green resin, and I was able to print the cap and thread-post as one solid piece. This gives the cap a cleaner look. If it holds up well after some use, I'll upload the files for SLA printing.
Wow... quite the collection laying there lol. I second the production and selling to forum users . Kinda what they did with Tom’s TNNSER . I love my TNNSER but having that adjustability factor with the other baseplates rocks. Plus that one bowl is just plain awesome! Sometimes I wish I was creative
