Determined to fight back against the oppressive, record-breaking heat yesterday (108 degrees F), I deployed Stirling’s weaponized Glacial Lemon Chill and a big ol’ splash of Fine’s Snake Bite. The results were epic! Quite the combination to combat the sweltering summer punishment being doled out by Mother Nature.
Razor - 1969 Gillette Tech
Blade - Gillette 7 O’clock SharpEdge
Soap - Stirling Glacial, Lemon Chill
Brush - Semogue 1348
Aftershave - Fine Snake Bite

SmokeShowing,
108 degrees F would cool, me very permanently.
Mother Nature is misbehaving badly, indeed.
Stay cool.

Noble Saturday:
* Noble Otter BarrBarr
* Semogue 620
* GEM MMOC
* GEM Stainless
* Barrister's Reserve Classic
I got the soap and GEM from a pass around box. If you haven't heard of Noble Otter, they're new on the scene and the soap is fantastic! This is their barbershop scent and it reminds of Stirling Barbershop. The performance is damn good as well.
Now, I heard the MMOC is an aggressive razor so I went in trying to give it the respect it deserves. I got out of it with a few weepers and a little irritation. My biggest problem was the mustache area. I'll keep using it for a bit to see if I get any better with it.

No pic.
FYI as a partner in BTRC none should be surprised that my SOTD's always include Black Tie No. 13 Soap. With various scent oils of course.
9/2/17
Muhle R41, Astra SP, BTRC handle (one of my favorite head/blade combos for head & face)
BTRC No. 13 Soap, secret prototype scent oil
BTRC boar brush
Clubman aftershave
