I am sorry that you are having stuff happen, but keeping sane and keeping balanced is best. So may these help you deal with the current hand you've been dealt. As a buddy here said to me at one of those times, shave through it!
Restraint to me is part no purchases but also more importantly, curbing my unbridled purchasing. This isn't me rationalizing spending, but instead making the case for more reasoned purchasing instead of the constant I want it now or I might miss out.

Dave gets these ideas in his head sometimes and slowly tries to make them a reality even if he has no business doing it. A few trees I need removed that are too big and leaning towards structures which prevents me falling them. Need to take down by dissecting them from the top down....
