Its a dream of mine to get to one of these and one day I will.  You should for sure go to meet all the people in the wet shaving world, or a lot of them anyway, and to be able to meet other wet shavers so you can talk about shaving openly without people thinking you're weird  Tongue  Many artisans will have limited edition event only products and you can get hold of some of those and then lord it over the rest of us on the SOTD.  As some others have mentioned, post pictures please.

Just registered and booked my hotel room. I’ll be driving up from NY like I did last year which took about 7 hrs. Had a great time and met a lot of people in the wet shaving community and finally put a face on some of my shaving friends that I’ve talked to for years on the forums.

I live a little over an hour away, and seriously considered going. Unfortunately I work on that day, and it's not worth taking off for me. Hopefully I'll be able to next year! Regardless of the meetup, I want to go walk through the store one of these days. Probably end up spending more money than I should, lol!

Recent Maggard FB post about closing their shop for the time being on account of Covid-19 virus concerns. Hopefully the shave meet will still go on.

I went last year and had a great time.  I already have my ticket for the meet and a hotel reservation. However, with recent reports that the effects of the virus might linger until mid-summer, I do not know whether the meet will still go on as scheduled. I know of some events as far out as mid-May that have been cancelled, so the end of May is not that far out.
Some of the vendors have to fly in for the event, so they may or may not be able to get there.

I have a ticket as well but I am thinking with everything going on, it might be postponed.  Would be my first meet up and was really looking forward to it.  Fingers crossed for some quick miracle solution to this terrible virus...

Here in Illinois, the governor just extended the lockdown of the state through the end of April. I am still hoping that things will settle down by May and the meet will proceed as scheduled.

Brad has closed his store to foot traffic, but the website is still open for online orders. Shaving supplies is an essential business. Obtaining a great shave is necessary to maintaining physical and emotional health. In these times of stress, a relaxing shave using great hardware and software can make it easier to face the uncertainties around us.

Stay healthy my friends.

I would be shocked if the meetup wasn't cancelled. The immediate crush of patients at hospitals might abate in May, but I can't see public events coming back any time soon.
