Back from vacation and just wanted to say a BIG thank you to DFS for giving me the opportunity to own one of these brushes and to Nathan for creating such a wonderful brush..my first ubersoft brush..really like the design of the handle.

I think I bought the last few packages in stock earlier this week though.

That's interesting bakerbarber. I assume they provide better grip, yes? I wonder if they make different colors...

Not so much better grip or anything really. They are too high on the handle for me the way I hold the brush at least. They just look cool!

I was thinking they might cushion in the lather bowl, but they aren't thick enough or in the right place to make any difference in that regard.

Strictly aesthetics here.

As thin as they are they're just a bit above being flush with the surface of the handle.

I actually bought a pack of them for another reason and was just messing around. I ended up putting them on a couple brushes.

On the DFS LE though they seem to be a match made in heaven!

My cell phone takes crummy pictures. It's a lot nicer to the naked eye. The black is deep and matte finish and goes pretty nicely I have to say with the bronze anodized finish.
