As the actual owner of the brush Erik received can you not subject him to abuse

Interesting, so he didn't received it from Nathan?  He should have followed your own advise.  You are absolutely right, he should have messaged you.

You're jumping the gun, why don't you message me?
I have not even seen it yet as its being returned to Nathan

Guys please! Smile I may be new here, but I'm not new.
Let me clarify. I ordered the brush for Barry (HOLYZEUS) and Nathan shipped to me. I'm 100% positive that the brush that Nathan sent me was in perfect condition when it left his workshop.
Unfortunately, Nathan didn't put any padding in the box with the brush, so it was flopping around inside its plastic tube the whole way to the UK.
Inside the plastic tube was some foreign debris from Nathan's workshop. It was a combination of no padding and the debris that caused the scratches.
I'm sure Nathan will make it right, he and Barry are already in discussion over it. It was just bad luck.
I can provide photos if you guys feel it's appropriate (I don't).
My original post was just to point out that another of these fine brushes was received damaged, not to point blame.
Sorry to ruffle feathers.

LOL, no need Erik. It just helps to know specifics, specially when Nathan's business goes beyond this LE release and his brushes are superb IMO.

Thanks for clarifying Mr_Smartepants. I too was wondering how the brush would get damaged in transit if it was inside the plastic tube the whole time. Oh well, S happens and I'm sure Nathan will make it right.

BTW, I like your avatar, LOL.

Was wondering the same thing, now I understand. Yup, I'm sure Nathan's got his back.
