Was I supposed to get a confirmation email from Envy Shave? I got an email receipt from PayPal for my purchase from Envy Shave for a Envy White badger knot and handle. However, I am worried that I was supposed to also get an email from the merchant. I'm just checking because I received the test link and paid immediately, then heard of issues with it from others, but since I had the receipt from PayPal I assumed all was fine.

Anyone else receive just a PayPal email receipt? Thanks.

Yes, I am in the same situation. I received an email only from Payapal. Was wondering what order the brushes were being fulfilled and shipped.

For what it's worth, I only ever got an email from PayPal when I sent my payment, and also got my shipping notification earlier today.

Hey guys, Nathan was at the Big Shave West 2 today. Got to talk with him and see the DFS brush up close and personal. I never placed an order for it because I wasn't sure if I would like the color over the Big Shave West brush he made in gun metal... Upon a closer look, I knew I had to have the DFS brush. Since he was there and had handles with him he put one together for me. I went with an übersoft knot since I have a silvertip and a couple plisson style synthetics. Let me tell you, this brush feels amazing in the hand and the color is so deep and rich... If you're questioning whether or not to get one, jump on it! I can't wait to shave with mine in the morning!
