General thoughts
The quality and history is there but will you like the scent? If you value historically significant cologne from the 1950's then this gem needs to be in your portfolio. VERY UNIQUE.

Skin Feel
This blend does not have as much bite or sting as most aftershave but it does have a nice cooling effect with reasonable burn. My face is left feeling soft and smooth with no oil or residue in sight. Many sight the "smooth as glass" effect and feeling refreshed.

Scent
Think crisp mountain air and tobacco flower. This is a Mad Men traditional scent from the 1950's. Completely unique to this blend.

Skin Care
It leaves my skin completely devoid of oil and feeling soft and smooth if not more firm. However, it is not a balm or moisturizer. Thus, it is not skin food but rather a I-am-not-a-wimp-give-me-a-real-aftershave skin feel.

Value
Some folks sell their aftershave for $25, so an extra $8 for something made in Austria by the same sixty-year-old traditional recipe is reasonable in my book.

Quality
Smells all natural, unique ingredients, glass bottle, made by Austrians in a traditional manner. Yep, the quality is high on this one.

Packaging
Simple, European style box. Glass bottle. No complaints with the packaging.

Still little known even in Germany and Austria it is an understated classic with the initial Mr Freeze menthol followed by tobacco. There are 3 other local tobacco based AS with more complicated secondary scents never exported. Please research
the historical background of 'snowflake.' It may cause deep offense unintended.
