General thoughts
My review covers blades made in Russian Federation. I understand there are Perma-Sharps made in Turkey that are reported inferior. I cannot speak for the Turkish blades as I have never had or seen them.
Sharpness
Very sharp blades. My favorites heretofore have been Feather (notoriously sharp) and Personna Lab Blue. These are somewhere in between these two.
Longevity
I read reports that Perma-Sharp would yield longer life. I did not find that to be the case for my beard. I get 2 shaves from Feather, 3 from Lab Blues, and 4 from Perma-Sharps. That is pretty good from my perspective.
Shaving Smoothness
This is where this blade shines. Generally I find sharper blades to sacrifice smoothness but these are both sharp and smooth. I would compare them to Polsilver on my face.
Value
Sharp and smooth? That is value. Price is all over the place but with judicious purchasing these are excellent value blades.
Quality
Again. This is a review of Russian make blades and I find the quality stellar.
Packaging
Comes in 5 count cardboard tucks. Nothing fancy. Average/adequate packaging.

Thanks for your review on these perma sharp razor blades made from Russia. As a newbie that is getting into wet shaving this certainly does help me in making my decisions in purchasing razor blades in which I currently don't have in my rotation. I would hope that others can as well review razor blades. This would certainly help those that are beginners in wet shaving and others that have not acquire the blades that are not part of their rotation. This certainly has provided the information that I am looking for. I do know when reviewing razor blades it's subjective and as the saying goes YMMV. Again thanks!!
