General thoughts
One of my favorite brushes. Performs extremely well right out of the box, with no long break-in period or heavy funk. Exceptionally soft and supple, this brush feels like you're applying lather with air.

Density
Perfect density, in my opinion. Holds a great amount of product and lather.

Backbone
It doesn't collapse and splays well for applying lather, but does have a little flop to it. A sacrifice for extreme softness.

Softness
Straight out of the box, this thing is soft and supple as can be. It's almost like lathering with nothing. The tips are gentle and split within a handful of uses providing for a very, VERY soft lathering experience.

Latherability
Outstanding latherability. Really picks up a lot of product during loading and puts it to use very well. No trouble producing copious amounts of lather.

Handle Comfort
Feels fantastic in hand, and looks incredible. Excellent graining and the silver trim ring is a really nice touch. Excellent weight and height.

Value
You can't beat this boar brush, in my opinion. No scritch, very little break-in period, n o odor, and incredibly soft right out of the box.

Quality
The brush does shed a little bit. I have had it for over a year, and for the first 6 months or so, it was a daily driver, so it has definitely held up well to a very fair amount of use, but it shed a bit in the beginning, and even sheds an occasional hair still. It's in no danger of going bald anytime soon, though.

Packaging
Cardboard box. Nothing fancy but protected the brush during shipping.
