I guess doesn't affect the shave?
Nope, It does not.

Blade (green line) and safety bar (black line) are parallel and aligned.
Just the topcap looks wierd, a little off the parallel red line.

In japanese, Tachi is the big sword for the cavalry.
Full stainless steel, with a huge gap. (1.00)

Perfect pairing for the handle Tsuka. (hilt)
Another homage to Blackland (Blackbird), but with no compatibility limitation.

Just stumbled on this thread.

Frankly, am surprised and disappointed by the enthusiasm expressed and tolerance of the business model. Have long had issues with Yaqi.

Perhaps the thread should be renamed/
Yaqi Single Edge BlackLand Style

Get the disdain heaped upon the abuses of intellectual property law but these are outlandish examples of what can only be characterized as outright theft.

Personally, detest pirates.

Big words.

I'm not a lawyer.
But, FWIK ideas or shapes can not have copywrigth.
Product can, with specs.

But here they are different.
As Homelike Shaving before, with 2020 Bulava handle.
Both are designed for common heads, not just for one.

I think the customer is different.
If I buy Blackland, I'll not buy Yaqi or DScosmetics or Boti ... etc.
And viceversa. They play a different game.

Not sure, about this.
How many Vector lost purchases in these years?
How many Excalibur purchases in the same time?
As before, specs not ideas. What is real, is mesurable.
