I personally wouldn't, but I have health issues that encourage germophobia. Maybe not entirely rational, but there it is.
On the one hand, I have heard of studies showing that it's possible to catch bacterial infections from contaminated soap, but as BPman implied it's probably safer than eating at many restaurants. Particularly if the soap hasn't been used for a long time.
