Hi, TOBS make a excellent sandalwood( which I have started to use) which has a strong scent, & they have just bought out a cedarwood too.

Ballenclaugh makes a soap called Woodsman that is Pine Tar scented. Pitrilon Classic and AoS Sandalwood are woodsy (but not smokey),

Not for Shaving, but have you tried Grandpas Pine Tar Soap [tgey do shampoo also]
It's that exact smell
