No chatter on any of the above. Assuming the top cap locks down tight to the base plate I can only suppose the problem lies in the angle of attack.
Try increasing your angle. IMHO.
To piggyback off Jimmy's comment here, the WR2 works better with a steeper angle.
When shaving the face the bottom of the handle should be perpendicular to the floor.
In other words instead of riding the cap when shaving, you need to ride the safety bars.
