Coming this Friday, April 30th.

Wildeflowers is a Maol Grooming creation that I’m lucky enough to be able to put into Talbot Shaving soap.
I know, it’s lavender.
Those who know me best know that I’m not a lavender guy.  But this isn’t just lavender.  It’s a blend of wild flowers that focuses on lavender.  It is very lavender forward, but Sean created this in such a way that the lavender becomes part of something bigger.
It’s as if he created it to say “Hey, if you like floral scents, this is surely for you.  Also, if you aren’t big on floral scents, you may find this is for you too.”
What is it to me?  Well it’s certainly lavender.  But it’s also the feeling of a spring time hike where the ground is beginning to erupt with the first colors of the season.  It’s planting new flowers in the garden, or watching the perennials bloom a little more each day.
Whatever it is for you, I hope you enjoy the shaves with it as much as I have been lately.  I’ll put through the donation of a dollar per jar to The Trust for Public Land on Friday, and you will be able to find soap, aftershave, or sets at the following online shops:

West Coast Shaving
Top Of The Chain
The Razor Company
Pasteur Pharmacy

Thank you all for the continued support, and I hope the springtime offers you all some great hikes, walks, and outdoor adventures.

Looking forward! Could you please specify what time on Friday you are planning to open the release?

We have decided to leave that to the discretion of the shop offering it.  That worked out best for everyone on Champlain, and we will probably move forward with that approach in the future.

That said, everyone should have it released by now.

Thanks so much for the support!  I’m really excited that Sean trusted me to put it in soap form.  I hope you find it comparable!

I have no doubts I will like it. So far I didn't have a singleTalbot product I did not enjoy.
