This should be a regular offering - with an EdT!Dance of Agrumes is one of my favorite scents (though, admittedly, I have many), and I agree that it would be great to see this 1) as a regular offering (or at least a yearly offering), and 2) as an Eau de Toilette or Eau de Parfum.
Also, if you haven’t tried one of these special edition soaps in the vegan formula (which differs from the regular vegan formula), you just may be missing out.

whollykaw would you mind describing the scent for merchant of tobacco. I am terrible at looking at a scent's composition/notes and imagining the scent in my mind. I imagine it is a warm, tobacco forward scent. Thanks!

Thanks for asking.
It is a pipe tobacco forward with warm and woody notes of bourbon and oud. Aromatic and musty Black pepper lends the scent several dimensions and the Vanilla, honey and Bitter Cocoa tones the woody notes a bit without making it sweet.

Have you considered the non-mentholated toner in the same scent? Or I would suggest pairing it with Stirling Executive Man to complement the soap scent with its Musk, Amber and Vanilla to play well with the soap. Stirling Gentleman has tobacco in it and tobacco can easily overpower the soap scent and take it in a different direction.
