Well, I gave in and ordered King of Oud splash. Supposedly the menthol isnt strong. We shall see.  Cool

I have the King of Oud splash, and I didn't even know it had menthol until I read this thread. If it's there, it's very mild. I suspect you'll enjoy it. My only complaint, which applies to most of my splashes, is that it's too mild in scent.

Well I guess different skins (and eyes) feel menthol differently. I used the KoO aftershave splash today after shaving with the KoO soap. It has a decent menthol kick - similar to B&M Reserve Cool. Seems to dissipate a little quicker. After the splash dried down it really smells great!

Indeed, we're all different! I agree that the menthol level of KoO seems similar to Reserve Cool. To me, a menthol aftershave is like PAA Tombstone or Al Fin, or Wm Neumann Absolute Zero, or one of the Chatillon Lux Summer Splashes. Those cause me to smile into the mirror while tears run down my face...

whollykaw I see the deodorant is listed for sale and shipping this Friday. I don't think I've used a spray deodorant so this will be my first time, after delivery of course. How long do you expect a bottle to last if used as directed once a day?

First off, thank you for your order. Appreciate you trying our new product.

The fine mist sprayer dispenses about 0.16 ml per spray. So a 100 ml bottle should last for 2.5 months if used once a day.

Is it Kaw as in "Core" or "Cow" ?

...But more importantly, this month's release date of Fougere Boutique? I'm really looking forward to this one.

Still working on the logistics of the special edition for Fougère Bouquet. Should be ready to make the announcement early next week.

I received a soap sample of Fougère Bouquet in vegan and shaved with it this evening. It loaded quickly into a nice dense lather. The shave was comfortable and slick, probably one of the slickest soaps in recent memory. Residual slickness was plentiful for those that go over a spot more than once. Post shave felt nice, maybe not as heavy as tallow + lanolin soaps, but was perfectly acceptable to me. Overall, had I not known this was vegan I would have thought it was tallow. Scents are subjective but this one smells great to me and has medium-high strength. Happy2

I didn't buy in when it was announced, but once I smelled it in person - I nabbed it... Merchant of Tobacco (review)
