They fill a very important segment in wet shaving. I think bang for the buck spending $13.10 for 5.8 ounces of soap is huge for the frugal guys that want a good shave. I think if they kicked it up they would move out of that lot of good soap for cheap segment. Problem with better bases are more expensive raw materials. I just don't see them doing that unless they decide they want to do a luxury line.
