Art of Shaving tallow Sandalwood shaving soap. This is a very good soap, making excellent lather with a fragrance that is more natural and less metallic than that of the other sandalwood I use, vintage C&E.

Soapy Bathman Log Cabin In The Woods - I hadn't used SB for a long time. This is a great soap like I remember. It is easily one of the most underrated or talked about soaps I've used.

Fougère (Martin de Candre) lavender, rosemary, coumarin

This is elegant. The lavender is medicinal, but the effect is perfect – beautiful, crisp, and bracing. Rosemary contributes tart, sappy greens, and coumarin cushions everything on a bed of fragrant hay. When the soap is lathered, furtive notes of basil and geranium seem to float around the edges and then disappear as soon as you turn your attention to them. It’s the most sophisticated scent I’ve ever smelled in a shaving soap.
