Right you are, FaceScraper. If I start a 3017 run now, this jar could be wiped clean by the end of August 2024. There’s something appealing about having only one soap on the docket. It’s not that I need to figure this lather out. I’ve had plenty of experience with Martin de Candre, and every time I get a perfect lather. Rather, it’s a chance to keep everything tidy around here, an opportunity to stow away all the tins and jars and tubs and enjoy a spell of uncluttered silence.

Today's weather wasn't too cold but my nose was itching for some deep lavender and/or something "creamy". I almost considered using Mike's Hungarian Lavender but decided to give SV Morado a go for the shave. It smells nice, I do pick up on the notes of sandalwood, tobacco, amber and oakmoss. Not so much lavender to my nose but it was a pleasant mix of aromas. The lather is pretty top notch as far as protection and skin care. I was drowning the lather in water and it never seemed to hit the breaking point. I don't use this soap often, maybe I've had almost 10 uses, but everytime I have used Morado, it hit the marks so it has my recommendation.

Subscribed ! Although I anticipate a good run, I also anticipate my subscription getting cancelled before it's done Big Grin Sorry Bouki, I know you have good intentions but suspect desire for variety will eventually win out Happy2
