What soap/cream did you use today?

If green had a smell, this would be it!  This soap came from Bull Goose which doesn’t make soap so I’m begging either Bull Goose or whatever maker made it to bring this scent back to life!  My goodness this scent is so nice that I finished one tub and have been judiciously harboring what’s left in this one.  Yeah, MdC Fougere is very similar but the MdC has a refined nature that this one lacks.  The MdC is wonderful, don’t get me wrong but it’s buttoned down where this one is a brash American tourist in Paris!  Loud, bold, and unapologetic and although I don’t condone unacceptable behavior, I certainly shoulder in behind this most amazing scent.  Please Phil.  Bring it back. Or Please maker, name it something else if you must but make me a tub of this!  The shave is so similar to a MdC shave.  Light and clean and squeaky at the final rinse.  It’s wonderful for when the temps start rising.  Anyone know who made it?  

I had it to and I used to know who made it for him but it's been a while but I'll ask Phil as we have been talking. I had the aftershave also. To me it's like a Fern and more green whereas MDC is a bit more Fougere and also a bit smoother but I like them both. So good call.

That’s what I think too.  They had a soap and a cream which would kind of lean toward WSP.

Grooming Dept - Luxor ( Kairos SE 2023 base ) - Initially suspicious of the scent. After 4 shaves, it has grown on me. Now considering it as a "back up" tub candidate

Elite is a vibrant green fougère that may interest those who enjoy Geoffrey Beene’s Grey Flannel (1972). Both scents feature a woody foundation layered with lush, leafy aromas. However, while Grey Flannel has some noticeable rough edges and feels somewhat outdated (yes, I smell the mothballs), Elite (1980) is considerably smoother. It opens with a lively burst of citrus at the top, which keeps the fragrance’s woody notes afloat. That’s not to say there’s nothing happening beneath the surface. In fact, there’s a lovely mossy quality down there, a rarity in most modern fougères. So, if you’re looking for an aromatic fougère with lots of green but only a gentle spiciness, Elite may be an excellent starting point.

Yeah that’s possible. All I’d need is the Aroma blend to make it happen. I think some of you are correct now that you mentioned it. WSP might have made the soap for Phil as I don’t think it was SV even though I know they made a couple for him.
