Yes my life is busy.  So good.  Work is fantastically busy. Family is growing and as circumstances unfolded ALL my five and their spouses and all 16 grands live within 5 miles of my hacienda.  My community/church keeps me terribly busy working with college students, I’ve got 90 newlywed couples in my ward and from sun up to sun down is a mad rush to get ground covered. Counseling, moving a family, teaching financial courses (voluntarily) traveling the country with my job, dates with granddaughters, soccer and baseball, remodeling a shop, and my oh my this old dude has learned that the essence of strategy is dpchoosing what NOT to do.(thank you Michael Porter).  Days filled with calls and strategy meetings, nights filled with interviews and birthday parties, and weekends replete with riding tornados and I love it!  I love it so much. Hitting the sack at the end of a busy day and being so tired but still unable to unwind because of planning tomorrow.  Problem is it leaves little time to spend with you gents but I’m sure that will evolve over time and my pace will slow.  I’m approaching retirement age after all and although I’d like to work until they plant me, my bride may have other plans.  But for now I’ll keep riding that horse that gets me up early and doesn’t come back to the barn until after dark.  Through these busy times though, that morning shave has been such a respite.  A few minutes of pure luxury before knocking the transmission in gear and romping on the accelerator.  I hope all you gents are loving life whether insanely busy or loving some leisure time.  I doff my hat to you.
