Razor: Copper Ascension
Blade: Astra SP
Brush: Paladin Chief 26mm
Soap: SW Boonana
After-Shave: Alum & PAA Samhain

First time using Southern Witchcraft and this scent. The scent is nice banana-forward but with a masculine boozy aroma. It paired well with the Samhain splash from PAA (I didn't buy any SW splashes yet?).

Is it just me or are there too many great pumpkin fall scents these days? I find them similar yet all very unique enough that it makes me want to get them all.

Notes: Banana, bourbon, tobacco, lily, neroli, patchouli, vanilla, musk, pumpkin, cashmeran

Bouki I should have used a synthetic brush to better show the lather quality, The Boar ate my lunch lather is the story I'm sticking with  Big Grin

Thanks for that shave, Dave in KY! Yeah, my current Wholly Kaw lather looks nothing like what you just conjured up. I get a wet yogurt-like emulsion with my old time donkey milk base, but it looks like you were shaving with cream cheese thanks to your Siero base. Very kind of you to give that demonstration. As soon as I rid myself of a few tubs of soap and make some room on my self, I might just have to try that Siero.

Sascoman, it's great to see that Peregrino! It's still my favorite brush by far ... and one of the cheapest. And when you pair it up with Ethos soap, just heaven.

Wholly Kaw is good to my skin. You haven’t heard me complain about irritation this whole week, have you. Thank Sri for that. His lather’s thick and slick enough for a careful two-pass shave. And when the scraping’s all done, my hide’s left feeling, for lack of a better word, normal. No burn, no itch, no grease, no wax, and nothing tense, stretched, or strained. Apart from the removal of the beard, it feels like I haven’t shaved.

Those are some of my favorite shaves.
