Bouki has been asking questions about sandalwood and that inspired me today to pick up one of my three tubs of Sir Henrys Sandalwood and follow it with a splash.  I’m smelling much better than I look.

I had a puck of First Canadian Sandalwood years ago. Makes a great low profile lather.

The lather has a different quality to it that can cause initial caution but in usage it performs top shelf - right there in top 2 artisans.

It quite light, incredibly slick, more cushioned than it would seem and with outstanding post shave. It definitely a tech marvel.

More predisposed to the Mallard base since its latest updates followed by Nai but one cannot deny the new Kairos and KSE incredible breakthroughs.
Danny, like you I like the Mallard base better. I read your post and was more stern with the hydration resulting in a better lather this morning with the Kairos.

Thu°Rose°day
Grooming Department LaRosa Profunda - Kairos

Not a grant rose, nor a tea rose, nor a dark/amber/patchouli rose. Quite clean and spa like. A very serviceable daily all year soap... .Quite liked it. Another arrow to shoot on Thu°Rose°Day.

C U all tomorrow
