Ethos Greenfresh

It is a warm day in Upstate NY... 84° and a bit humid. So, I decided to follow Dave in KY and use Greenfresh. What a great warm weather soap. [Image: 911364c7ac7b67053148d0b9a61e1b63.jpg]

Beaudelaire (Barrister & Mann) spiced fougère
Shave 14 ・ 69% left

What’s that Jay Gatsby said? – “Can't repeat the past? Why of course you can!" – And that’s just what Barrister & Mann has done. Beaudelaire is an old-fashioned fougère that would feel right at home in the bittersweet Twenties. Spiced with Will’s interpretation of mousse de saxe, Beaudelaire has a earthy darkness made all the richer with notes of geranium, leather, and licorice. So what if you missed the party at the big house in West Egg? With Beaudelaire, the Jazz age lives on.

I am a devoted cigar smoker. Think I will shave with El Jefe Wednesday and burn a morning torpedo. No wonder you nailed the scent

Tommy, was it a Monte #2 torpedo?
Those are great cigars Matt. No, Padron - in Maduro!

Your post tonight hit the mark especially well for me Bouki.  Being a big Cole Porter fan, I was glued to the screen as public television aired Anything Goes earlier tonight.  Anything Goes certainly bears witness to an important part of the Jazz age, and I can't help thinking that Jay Gatsby would have approved of history being repeated as it was on the TV tonight.
