Months have passed since I last used Windsor, and I forgot just how good it truly is. Its lather is as slick as anything I’ve ever put under a blade. Coupled with a mild but very sharp Feather razor, it gives pure shaving satisfaction. I need to get friendly with this bowl. As for the fragrance, there’s got to be something here to please just about anyone: sweet orange, nutmeg, black pepper, elemi, geranium, patchouli, and of course vetiver. It’s a bright and easy cologne, and it reminds me of new dress shoes, even though there isn’t a leather note listed in the pyramid. Great soap, great scent, great shave. Oh, and AQU, it’s cold all over. Didn’t even get past 80°F / 26°C down here today. Almost put my socks on.
