Indian Flavour v. (Meißner Tremonia) mint chutney

There’s no menthol listed on the label, but there’s enough mint in the mix to make this lather ideal for a cool and refreshing spring shave. Looking at the brick-red puck, you may think this soap is all about earth and dusty spices. In fact, it’s bright, light, and clean – just short of delicious. I pick up lots of lemongrass, mint, and just a pinch of coriander. All that’s lacking is a brace of hot samosas.

These Meißner Tremonia soaps really prove the saying “Less is more.” I don't mean that I use less soap. In fact, I probably overloaded my brush with Indian Flavour, it smelled so good. But when it comes to scraping, just two light passes with a mild razor leave my face feeling polished. And the finish gets better and better as the hours pass.

You really made me laugh here, Bouki! Thank you, much needed.

CRSW Jeff's Soap. I'm glad to have picked up a tub when it was available. Very refreshing scent just perfect for spring and summer. The label is looking rough and water stained. It's what's inside that matters, and indeed it's nice stuff.

No bloom today and loaded for about 12 seconds.  Ended up getting a another fantastic lather but, again, this soap can handle a ton of water.  Used a badger which is not typical for me and, personally, I find the lathers different when using a natural-hair brush.  Truly enjoying the MacDuff's soap base...
