What soap/cream did you use today?

Cologne-Fougère v. (Le Père Lucien) lavender, rosemary, mint, hay, bergamot, green tobacco

Le Père Lucien makes an odd soap. It's given me some of best shaves (Traditionnel, Italian Barbershop), and also some of my worst (Rose de Pushkar, Oud-Santal). Fresh off the boat each tub makes a wonderful lather; after about a year, though, some start to crystallize and their lather grows weak. Kneading the soap seems to help, but maybe the best approach is to simply use it up before it seizes. I'll make May my Le Père Lucien month, and I'll do my best to burn through as much product as possible.

What a great scent, perfect for the warm weekend we just had. A great peach scent with hints of light floral. A sweet scent I could be happy using all spring long.
