This soap was slipping beyond the brink. It was still unused, but was starting to foster the slightest bit of mold. Through some treatment, I was able to bring the soap back to life (while doing the opposite to the growth), and I’m glad I succeeded. This is a great soap — I enjoy the scent, and the performance is fantastic.

Whenever I go to shave, I assume there’s someone else on the planet shaving, so I say “I’m gonna go shave, too.”

Ah!  Finally off the road.  The Crowne and Crane spruce is very nice but changing it up is awesome.  Went with AOS Sandalwood and wow what a great choice.

Original v. (Martin de Candre) mint, lavender, rosemary

From time to time Martin de Candre can be a little drying at first, but when you get the water to soap ratio right, the finish is a splendid combination of clean, smooth, and soft. Today I overwatered the lather, but the supple feel this shave has left me with tempts me to be just as generous with the water every time.
