Sandalwood is just amazing and all are so different.  WSP Formula T is awesome soap, and their Sandalwood scent hit the spot today.  Medium Fluffy structure and slick as snot.  Great scent.[Image: iY6sba8.jpg]

Clay Face

Strong ’n Scottish v. (Meißner Tremonia) charred whisky barrel

There’s more than just a slug of single malt giving this soap its curious scent. MT have also thrown in a few chunks of smooth Himalayan cedar and a cubic yard of rough Mediterranean cade, that wonderously smoky juniper that smells of ash, creosote, and pine tar. The result? SnS gives off smoke like a bonfire on the beach. Its reek has all the intensity of Stirling’s ode to smoke, the holocaustic Texas on Fire, while its sweet notes put it more on par with Tallow + Steel’s Morocco, another smoky beast with surprising green and floral notes. You may wonder how SnS compares to L’Occitane’s Cade soap. No question, the French soap has a wonderful scent, so smooth and warm. But when I take a whiff of it, I smell mostly sandalwood. Its cade has been given a good scrubbing in preparation for polite society. SnS, on the other hand, is still dirty and raw and a little rude. Lather Cade on a Sunday morning, but save Strong ’n Scottish for a Saturday night.
