I've gravitated to a like for light scents in soaps. Not that bold scents scare me off. I like them too. But I'll never downgrade a soap that the maker has chosen to scent on the lighter side. This is one of those scents. Asylum Frankensenseand Myrrh might sound like a holiday soap offering but I find it a beautiful part of a sunny late spring day. Face feel is awesome with nary a hint of tingle. I like this soap quite a bit. Slickness is sufficient but not quite WSP slickness and I believe WSP made this soap so why I'd find it different is a puzzle. It works. It feels good. No problems in my world.
Rosalimone t. (Mystic Water)
After two years of neglect, the rose and the lemon have pulled up tent pegs and split. Now all I smell is the odor of the plastic baggie this sample came wrapped in. To make amends and to add interest to today's shave I spritzed a bit of Tauer’s Incense rosé over the lather. Those were some good smelling suds, but not good enough to save the last little squibs of soap left in the bag. Looks like I have more room for new samples later this summer. In the meantime, though, I’ll keep plugging on through this jungle of old and forgotten soaps. Lipripper660, this was a good idea. It’s been both entertaining and a good way to do a bit of house cleaning.
