Happened to me, too, on the two times I used this cream. Maybe just need to reload a little for each pass. (...and generally speaking maybe that's the secret to making creams actually compete with soaps... I think soaps are better than creams in the latter passes but that they're pretty much equal on first pass.)

I contacted them to ask if they had plans to bring this back, but I never got a response. I have that effect on people

Stella Alpina v. (Saponificio Varesino) citrus, eucalyptus, woods

I love a drop of menthol with my eucalyptus. So I took Lipripper660's advice to heart and made myself a menthol mill. Here’s how: (1) I ordered a pouch of menthol crystals and then (2) dumped them into an unused pepper mill. That’s it. Quick, easy, and oh so cool. Five twists over today’s bowl of Stella Alpina really brought out the crisp edge of the air above tree line. The soap played along very well: same great lather that I always get from a tub of SV. I think this menthol mill is going to get a lot of use this summer.

It is pretty cool to be able to change a soap from no menthol to wild menthol no doubt.

How'd you like it?
I've used a couple of their other creams (Urban Woods and Tequila Lime) and they're quite nice and very slick. I really like that they use organic oils, too.
Hey Nero,

How's the tequila lime? Is there much substance beyond like, or is the name more gimmicky? Love lime scents, but they are fleeting without other notes involved.

Thanks.

Mike's Bay Rum - Typically, bay rum is an "ok" scent for me...I don't love it and I don't hate it. But something about Mike's makes be love it. I pick up the spice scents but they seem to have a bit of a metallic element to them. Maybe it has something to do with the tin, I really don't know. But whatever it is, I really enjoy it.

BTW, the donut hole appeared on it today Winking

Just bought this in an order from Connaught in UK, won't get it for about a week I imagine. Is yours the new version (veggie)?
How's the scent?

I have the new formula of the Coconut that I've used once and was happy enough to try another one.

No, all six of my Haslinger are tallow based. Some I have backups for but those are the last of the tallow. I will probably try the new formula soon.
