Turtleship Patchouli.... Lather just explodes off the brush. Cushion, slickness and post shave result excellent, imo. Got to order samples of Coconut and Te Java. Running low on my tub of Patchouli.

Hungarian Lavender (Mike's Natural Soaps) ★★★★★ deep lavender

I've reached for this tub of Mike's lavender more often than for any other artisan soap. It's unpretentious scent, glossy lather, and deep cushion make it one of my favorites. The lathers are so fantastic, Mike's has been my benchmark for the yoghurt-like emulsion I prefer in hot weather. The scents, on the other hand, have been hit and miss. Orange, Cedarwood & Black Pepper lasted only two shaves before I gave it away, while Pine & Cedarwood racked up about half a dozen uses before it too found a new home. But this Hungarian Lavender is just sublime, and I'll always have a tub on hand.

Nice Bouki. My all time favorite lavender. You inspired me to pull it out in the AM!
