My no-name 24mm silvertip badger in burl box elder.
I bought this brush from a local artisan that turned the handle. It was my first badger, is still my most expensive badger, and...is not my favorite badger. It is a great brush and performs on par with my boars, but my Stirling and Zenith badgers perform WAY better in my opinion...at half the cost. Live and learn, I suppose. Still a great brush in a gorgeous handle, so no let down...just an observation...

EverReady 1007 set with what I believe is a 26mm Vie Long horsehair knot.
I got this brush as a gift from a friend on Facebook. I know it is a horse hair knot, but the guy that sent it wasn't sure on size, and couldn't be certain it was a Vie Long. Doesn't matter because this beast is flippin' OUTSTANDING! This brush has very quickly found itself in a 3-way tie for top spot with my Zenith best badger and my Stirling 24mm finest fan.
