Perhaps Rob. We need to compare the cards. Only my brush doesn't live, it exists. She gets less and less attention. To be honest, this Paladin's knot loses to so many knots I've bought recently. Now there are a lot of knots, which I like more!
Mine has the fabled LE4, that is to say a VERY strong back bone and incredibly soft tips! Zero gel (thank God) and a superb density with proper flow through. I have a couple Paladin’s, all have different knot characteristics yet one thing is very consistent; quality of the knot

Some of the knots these days LOOK beautifully packed in that handle and that’s what you get, a handle packed of hair with ZERO Feng Shui. If a brush is packed so dense it prohibits the proper flow of lather through the knot to the face….what good is it?
