Last night, I decided to use the leftover pulled pork to make tacos on my new cast iron skillet.  I diced up a green pepper, two jalapeno peppers and a medium sized onion.  Mixed in a small can of green chilis and seasoned it with a pepper/garlic salt/red pepper mix.  Cooked the pork for about 20 minutes to get it nice and crispy, and then added in the veggies.  Used my old cast iron to heat up the tortillas.  I put a little bit of shredded white cheddar on each tortilla and let those heat for about 30 seconds.  Put a spoonful of the meat/veggies on the tortilla, added more cheese, and the drizzled it with a Smoked Serrano sauce.  Personally, I cant wait to make these again!  No one else in the family seemed to enjoy the heat as much as I did Smile
