This is an interesting razor with an absolutely horrible loading system.  It came with no instructions whatsoever.
My first shave, this morning, was okay but loading the 1/2 blade last night was a chore and I actually poked my finger.
This morning, after cleaning the razor and attempting to reload the blade, I actually sliced my finger twice (see photo, below).
I finally found a You Tube video that suggested something and, when I tried it, it worked.  However, as far as I am concerned,
blade loading should not be rocket science.  I shall see how the next shave goes with a new 1/2 blade from one of my
favorite brands (Astra Superior Platinum).

Dan, is this referring to my post about the Focus Dynamic R48.  If it is, trust me, I was beyond focused Tongue.  It truly is a poor blade loading system.  That doesn't mean I'm quite ready to give up because I'm a stubborn alter cocker. Winking

If, on the other hand, you are referring to the razor, itself, as I stated, I'm not ready to give up.  The razor definitely has potential and I am always intrigued by different concepts.  I'm ultimately looking for a successful outcome. Happy2

Focus, as in the brand, is highly regarded by many. Was not referring to you needing to focus. Apologies for the poor wording and resultant confusion

Absolutely no offense taken.  It's also why this razor is getting more than one chance. Big Grin
