My current #1 is Eufros Mediterraneo. The base is simply outstanding on every possible dimension. And the post shave is stellar..imo..this is the best base out there right now. And the scent is wonderful. It’s available only at Bullgoose...as it’s an exclusive. I imagine that any Eufros in their newer tallow base will perform just as well.

M also enjoying my new ETHOS Peppermint. Very natural single note scent in their truly excellent base. I also like mixing it with the ETHOS Lavender 1/3 Peppermint to 2/3 Lavender..

The 3 recent ones that I really like are:

1. O Delight
2. Dickens
3. Eigengrau

I’ve got 1 and 2 but not 3 yet. What are your impressions of Eigengrau?

Eigengrau is a strange yet interesting scent. From the container it has a strong wet stone smell. Once lathered it becomes a little more complex and has a winter fresh like scent. I can almost detect a hit of spruce tree and vanilla, but those notes are very faint and may just be my imagination. It’s worth grabbing a sample of.

Murphy and McNeil’s “Cliffs of Moher” scent is very close to Eigengrau.

The scent on kituwah is a strong citrusy cologne scent that I love. I'd recommend giving it a try if you're looking for something new!

I can second this. The 3.0 base is superb and I’d put it against anything I’ve tried. Although the lather takes a little while to get dialed in, I would rank its performance and post shave equal to Kaizen, K2, Ethos, and Milksteak. He also just restocked his inventory.
