What aftershave splash/balm did you use today?

Another smooth evening shave followed by splashes of witch hazel and P&G Old Spice Classic AS. It may not be the original Shulton blend but it's still a pretty good aftershave.

Had the strangest experience this morning... I don;t usually shave in the morning, I shave at night. So I almost never leave the house with a fresh application of aftershave. This morning I did, and it's one of my absolute favorites. Anyhow...

I walked to the coffee shop, stood in line, ordered my coffee, and when I handed my dollar to the very attractive young lady behind the counter, she started grinning and smelled my money. I was very concerned for her mental stability, so I inquired...

"Why?", says I.

"It smells so good..." she replies, inhaling again, much more deeply than I was comfortable with.

I informed her that it was likely my aftershave she was smelling, as I just finished shaving not 15 minutes earlier.

Being heavily bearded and wearing a cap, this naturally gave her almost as much of a pause as she had given me...so I removed my hat...

She proceeded to rub my shiny head with both hands, hold them to her face, and walk away breathing in her hands, without saying a word...

I don't think I will ever experience anything like that ever again. I can't decide if that is a good thing or not..
