Thanks. If I run into problems I'll tuck this away and come back to it. (There's no way I'll remember those latin names)

Matthew, It's no longer 0300 and things my friend told me are coming back... She did mention using it on a tissue or some such if it irritates the skin and basically breathing through the tissue.

Brian, my wife uses essential oils daily with our family. If your skin is irritated by the oil then you simply need to dilute it in a carrier oil. Most common carrier oils include coconut oil & extra virgin olive oil. Pretty much any skin friendly oil can be used. We use fractionated coconut oil.

I do the same thing. Another favorite is Lavender when I just want to relax.
