That's the fuss IMO, they are no longer made, just as a Gillette British Aristocrat is no longer made and it is a better razor, lol....

Guess I got lucky with mine — I have the DLC from 2012, and the more DE-razors I have tried (classic & modern), the more I realize the Weber is my favorite. Now, SE-razors are a different story altogether…  Smile

Indeed.  Some people got lucky and got good production razors, others not so much.

I talked with Ed from Weber Razors a while back, and it sounded like making modern stainless steel razors is a tough business… Wish they would take another shot at it, though. The prices for used Webers are indeed quite crazy; I would consider getting another one if it didn’t cost an arm and half a leg.

I do wish he would take another crack at it.  He definitely had a great idea in his hands and those that came out alright are great shavers. I just wouldn't pay that much for one of them when I can get a Wolfman for much less.

Yup.

As soon as something is no longer made, it becomes the best ever.

Funny that, I'm not longer made... Wink

Unfortunately WM razors aren't that easy to get...

I agree. I am referring to EBay prices on a Weber that it may not be 100% in good shape.
