It is a shame because he has some great designs.

I'll never get a replacement, I've told him for a while now that I want a refund and if he ever replied it was his standard "I'll send soon" response

Thanks for posting. You obviously put a lot of time and effort into it. Hopefully it can be a good warning to others as no paying customer deserves to be treated like that.
I'm hoping that can be the only saving grace from my encounter with him that others can avoid my experience.

I never actually sent him any money but I did speak with him about a potential order when he was first getting going. The lack of communication and concern for my questions were big enough red flags that I stopped right then and there with him. Every few months when a story like this pops up I am reminded of the good decision I made and also sorry for all the people he has done wrong.

I hope you get a good quality brush eventually from this guy.
Exactly, I wish I had listened to the warning signs and ignored the stories if fantastic knots. This is in the hope I can make it easier for others to make a decision.

Not worth the grief regardless of discounts etc.

I was sent a Romera brush 6 weeks late and the entire brush shed from the get go. There have been too many stories about this brush maker.

It was right to point this out to the wider community so they know what to expect or may happen.

You were honest, did the right thing, and banned on another forum because said brush maker is a paying vendor.

A revolting shave forum all around. People shouldn't walk they should run out of there.

Thanks for the comments, I think it was a 24 hour ban so I will go back and speak to the mods and find out their reasons. I doubt they'll listen though.

I was sure my TSN ban was only for 24 hours but it appears I've been banned forever because i posted a warning of a vendor who ripped me off. Worse still they didn't even read it before deleting it. Pretty obvious where TSN'S priorities lay. No loss to me.
