What differences do you find between the V1 and V2 ?

I have not yet used either one yet; I have an unscented V1 and a scented V2 on the way. I probably will use the V1 but will sell the V2 without using it. Some shavers have stated that V1 produces better lather and better skin care, while others noted no real difference. Opinions about the scents of V1 vs. V2 vary.

I own the v1 in unscented and the v2 in scented version.

I'm one that can feel no real difference between them.

Just curious as to why you would sell V2 without even trying it, especially considering that is the new and improved formula with better ingredients. I have not used V1, but I have V2 and it is great.

I won't be selling the V2 because it arrived with a cracked jar; I need to find a new container, and then I'll eventually use it. I have read a lot of discussion about V1 vs. V2, and my overall impression is that while both are quite good, people whose opinions I value tend to prefer V1 for both lathering qualities and scent. And I simply don't trust anything Old Town Shaving says.

Well I hope you enjoy both and come to your own conclusion on which is better. From what I can find the only difference is the new version is it's water based and the parabens were removed.

BUMP. Still would like some of the first version scented.
