I needed one too, so looked around and finally decided to buy a brass inkwell razor stand I found on ebay. The stand is for sale by "The Wet Shaving Co" in Australia and priced at just under $16 (US) plus shipping. Total came to $25.52 (US) and arrived in about 7 days. The inside diameter is 12 mm, and my Torpedo Charcoal Goods razor handle is 0.49 inches or about 12.5 mm. I drilled out the opening with a 1/2 inch drill bit and it fits my razor perfectlly.

It's not the original Charcoal Goods stand, but it looks great and matches my razor.
