Veritas - A special edition

The weather has been cruel The temps where the soaps where stored hovered around 45 while the soaps are curing, usually the temps are around 70!

The soap is fully cured, and and will solidify. I also made sure that jars are nearly 4.4oz or more full. But if you're unhappy with your order, please contact me at sales@groomingdept.com. At this time, I'm packing orders, but I'll reply to emails in a couple of hours.

Mine arrived like aftershave balm, but I will leave the top off and hopes that it hardens more. A very little liquid is around the top of the soap in the tub.

I am obviously one of the lucky ones! The smell is fantastic!

Fwiw - mine arrived looking like heavy cream and made a tremendous lather that day. It’s ready to use....carefully lol.

I just used Veritas tonight and I was surprised when I got the soap it was like a heavy cream. The scent is very pleasent and the performance was just like the rest of grooming dept soaps. The lather exploded and the soap was a ton of cushion and glide. The soap may not look ready but it is and it was a great to use. I think the community would have reacted better if this was labeled as a cream from Mohammad. For those not sure on this product it is a top performer and very good to use so don't be afraid

***BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU OPEN, MINE WAS PURE LIQUID AND IS NOW ON THE FLOOR IN THE CARPET***  OPEN HORIZONTALLY!!!  SMELLS GREAT BY THE WAY

Robini, mine was too. Some had already spilled into the box/bubble wrap during shipping. I have contacted Mohammad and sent him a couple of pictures. I know this was supposed to be a “soft” soap but............. LOL
I am sure this will be taken care of.

Agreed. I had the same problem and contacted Mo to let him know and he said he would take care of it. Problem was, the scent is outstanding and I still wanted to use it.

It does smell great!!!

Mine came in like a can of soup. I let it open all night and it's gotten a bit less running but now the level of shaving product is less than half the height of the tub. I have a feeling I'll end up with 1/4 of a tub once it's fully cured and usable. Oh well, I tried. It'll be my last purchase. It does smell extremely nice though

Contact Mohammad before throwing in the towel. He will make it right.
