I have found everyone I have dealt with, in the five years since I became a convert , to be exemplary.

There was one exception but I will not give name as they have probably improved since they are still in business.

This Wet/Traditional shaving is a pleasure from beginning to face lotion.

It is midnight. Oh oh. It has turned into a pumpkin!

Excellent customer service, very good product selection, excellent prices, and the best shipping rates:
The Handle Bar Supply
Stirling Soap Company
Connaught Shaving
Shaving.ie

Excellent customer service (none are better imo), very good product selection, good prices, and very good shipping rates (free over $65)
Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements

Excellent customer service, great product selection, good prices on US artisans and Maggard products, high shipping unless buying one soap or spending $75 or more:
Maggard Razors

Best prices and selection for international products, high shipping but worth it if placing large order:
Gifts & Care

Peter of Desmond's Barrow (Scritchnscrub)

I absolutely love Peter of Scritchnscrub, too bad he had to take a break in soap making. I'm super glad I got a tub of everything. =]

I have three of his tubs of soap and could not agree with you more.  Amazing soap from a wonderful communicator.  I hope he gets back in the game soon.

For Safety Razors:

Maggards

I've been very pleased with Sterling, though that doesn't exclude other artisan's. I usually buy from Maggards, thus, B&M and other artisan's are probably awesome, though I would order their products from Maggard's.

I'm not one to purchase 1 soap etc. as I hate to pay shipping costs so for me it's usually go big or stay home in order to get the free shipping or get my dollar cost average per item down.  Not so easy now though I still have Maggard Razors Edge membership until November. Big Grin

Maggards - most of my purchases by far
Amazon
Italian Barber
West Coast Shaving
Connaught Shaving
Rockwell

Mystic Water
Wet Shaving Products
Stirling
Whipped Dog
