Made a new burger. Feel free to copy but cite me in your credits. 
Double 1/4 lb pork patties, 2 strips of bacon (from the same hog) 2 slices of smoked provolone, pretzel bun lettuce onions seasoning and a couple stabs of tobasco.

For the keto, non-carb bread people like you, (and Mrs. olschoolsteel) she makes little waffle breads for her burgers. Using a small waffle maker she makes up a batch of 2 eggs and one cup of shredded cheese. Cheddar, mozzarella...your choice. It gives you something other that lettuce to hold your burger. the 2 eggs and one cup of shredded cheese makes 4 mini waffles.[Image: GSnlF2A.jpg]
