Hobbyist that is a Doug Korn [55dougie] with a TGN knot. The colors are Dark Tortoise w/ hornet rings and Butterscotch Stoneite. I thought I had a better pic handy but here is the one Doug sent:

I have two similar handles from Doug, here is the other one:

Doug is a great guy, super fun to work with and his brushes are a treat. The Butterscotch was another of those that I had in my mind's eye that he executed perfectly.

That's a beauty! They are both nice. Those knots almost look like synthetics. Is the second one synthetic?

Sad to see Toby will not be making handles anymore. Wish him the best of luck.

I think he's still doing handles. Just not custom items.

Toby mentioned that it was customs that he was going to stop making and would still produce a few handles for sale on occasion. He did set up an Etsy storefront:
